We would like to inform you that in 2024, we have released a new phase to integrate all the functionalities of the Network of Iberoamerican Anthropologists (AIBR) into the ARIES. Anuario de Antropología Iberoamericana portal: https://aries.aibr.org/
This is an important and much-anticipated development that brings some changes. One of the most significant updates is that the participants in the AIBR Conference will be required to register in the ARIES portal: https://aries.aibr.org/login
Once in your ARIES account, you will find several sections in the left-hand sidebar, including the Conference section (Congreso AIBR). Simply clicking on it will take you to your conference area, where you can easily register. The application will instantly offer you the option to register panels and papers as well as other proposals such as individual papers, workshops, special formats, posters, audiovisuals, and book presentations.
If you already have an account in ARIES (because you are a member of AIBR, have submitted articles or other contributions, etc.), you can directly access the Conference area from your existing account.
We kindly ask that you always use the same email address to access ARIES, thus avoiding duplicates that would slow down the processes.
We would like to remind you that, as in previous editions of the AIBR Conference, all proposals must be submitted exclusively through the online application. Please review the Submission Guidelines on the website.
We would like to thank you in advance for your support and understanding in this new phase. We trust that you will excuse any possible inconveniences that may arise.

We hereby inform you that due to the large number of proposals received in recent days, the Organizing Committee of the 11th AIBR International Congress of Anthropology https://2025.aibr.org/en/ has decided to extend the deadline for submitting proposals UNTIL JANUARY 31, 2025.
We would like to remind you that the themes are diverse and that you can submit both individual papers and proposals for complete panels, audiovisuals, workshops, special formats, posters, etc. based on the study of all the main branches of the anthropological discipline.

We very much appreciate your support for the 11th Congress and the great reception it is receiving. We would also like to take this opportunity to ask you, in order to facilitate the procedures for receiving proposals, not to wait until the last days of the deadline to submit proposals.
